Trust & Governance Validation
HELIXCO captures, validates, and preserves every labor entry, equipment and material record, and project activity from the first day on site through final invoicing, so every hour, photo, reading, and signature carries its own proof.
Independently audited security controls.
Time, date, location, photo, and signature captured at the source.
Daily review of labor, equipment, and materials.
One complete job file, from first call to final invoice.
HELIXCO undergoes annual SOC 2 Type II examinations by an independent auditor. A Type II examination evaluates not only how security controls are designed, but whether they operated effectively over a sustained period. Our security program is governed by documented policies covering access control, change management, incident response, and data handling.
Our most recent SOC 2 Type II report is available upon request under a nondisclosure agreement.

Every clock-in captures a photo, the time and date, geolocation, and a digital signature. Labor is tied to a real person, at the job site, at a recorded moment, before a single hour enters the record.

When labor, equipment, materials, photos, moisture readings, or notes are recorded, the system automatically captures the date, time, device information, and location from the phone, tablet, or computer used. None of it is typed in by hand, so the record reflects when and where work was actually documented.
Each day's labor, equipment, and material entries are reviewed and validated by project managers or designated supervisory staff as the project progresses, not reconstructed at the end of the job. Validated days are tracked against the project so oversight is continuous and gaps are visible immediately.
When additional sign-off is needed, daily records can be sent for outside validation through the HELIXCO email system or returned as a signed document, and the validation becomes part of the job file.

Digital signatures are captured at clock-in and on contracts and approvals, with each signature recorded alongside its date and time. The result is a clear record of who performed the work, who approved it, and when.
Photos, signed contracts, emails, approvals, labor and equipment logs, moisture readings, and psychrometric data live in a single job record instead of being scattered across spreadsheets, text messages, and inboxes. Data can be entered from any phone, tablet, or computer, and everyone works from the same file. When documentation needs to be shared, the job file can be reviewed inside HELIXCO or exported as a PDF.

Governance extends to every dollar on the invoice.
Rates and labor terms (after-hours and overtime multipliers, travel time, lodging, PPE, and small tools charges) are established at the start of the project so every entry is priced consistently. Pricing can be amended with a note documenting the change.
Work is tracked against the approved rough order of magnitude, keeping actual activity aligned with what was authorized.
Validated costs are measured against the not-to-exceed in real time, so financial exposure is visible throughout the project.
On multi-site events, shared Support Center costs are allocated consistently across all event jobs.
See how T&M worksEvery change made in HELIXCO is logged with who made it and the date and time it was made. Administrators can record the reason for any change, building a historical record that holds up to review. No change goes unrecorded.
