Yes. Participating network contractors are required to use Helix for Time and Materials estimating and billing on program assignment and projects.

For Contractor Connection Commercial Managed Repair Program participants, Helix is offered at preferred network pricing.

Subscription pricing

• $400 per month for the first location with unlimited users

• $350 per month for each additional location with unlimited users

Each participating office must maintain an active Helix subscription to remain eligible for program assignments.

Your subscription includes full access to the required Time and Materials billing workflow, documentation controls, and reporting tools used for Commercial Managed Repair Program projects.

As a Contractor Connection participant, your base subscription savings are:

• $1,800 per year for the first location

• $2,400 per year for each additional location

• Onboarding and training fees are waived.

Traditional pricing and annual savings

Traditional pricing is $550 per month for 5 users plus $50 per additional user.

Contractors maintain a separate subscription directly with Helix. Helix is responsible for collecting amounts owed by participating contractors.

Helix integrations with QBO, AM2, JobTrack, and Digital Review, with additional integrations supported as the program evolves.

Those project specific requirements are handled as exceptions. Follow Contractor Connection direction for that file.

Yes. Your Helix subscription is not limited to Commercial Managed Repair Program projects.

Contractors may use Helix to manage additional commercial losses, large loss projects, or internal Time and Materials workflows outside of Contractor Connection assignments.

Many contractors choose to standardize all T&M billing inside Helix for consistency, audit readiness, and documentation control across their entire commercial portfolio.

Users will be asked to accept the Helix Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as part of platform access.
