How much does the system cost?
For PuroClean, Helix is offered at preferred network pricing.
The subscription is:
- $450 per month for the first location with unlimited users
- $375 per month for each additional location with unlimited users
Who do we pay for the Helix subscription?
Contractors maintain a separate subscription directly with Helix. Helix is responsible for collecting amounts owed by participating contractors.
Do franchise members receive preferred pricing?
Yes. Participating PuroClean franchises receive preferred network pricing below Helix's standard retail rates.
What terms apply when my team uses Helix?
Users will be asked to accept the Helix Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as part of platform access.
